PRICES AND PAYMENT

• 5.1 Prices for the Service are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices before order confirmation.


• 5.2 Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupee and inclusive of any taxes.
5.3 Payment must be made in full before your order can be accepted.
• 5.4 Payment methods accepted include credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,).
• 5.5 All payment details provided by you must be accurate. We reserve the right to validate your payment details.

REFUNDS

• We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are limited to the most recent subscription payment and are subject to our refund policy.

LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS

• 7.1 Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes.
• 7.2 You may not access the Service if you are a direct competitor. You may not monitor its availability, performance, or functionality for competitive purposes.
• 7.3 You may not sublicense, sell, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service. Reverse engineering is prohibited.

• These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Freelancer Lanka. Any provision found to be invalid will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties. Failure to assert any right under these terms does not waive that right. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the claim arising. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms.
